I read this joke in the Raksmey Kampuchea newspaper:
An old man was just appointed as a UN ambassador. He had difficulties communicating with other international leaders as he didn’t speak English at all. Then, his new teacher taught him three phrases “How are you? I’m fine. Thank you.”
Later, he had a chance to meet President Bill Clinton. He greeted the president confusedly.
“wHo are you?”
“I’m Hillary’s husband,” Clinton replied with a surprise.
The new UN ambassador beamed because he was so confident and convinced he could remember the last phrase his teacher taught.
“Me too,” the ambassador said.
