i am concerned with traffic law that are marred by irregularities in the enforcement and amount of fines imposed for infractions. People’s awareness of the law is narrow since dissemination of actual laws has not been prevent in either the city or the countryside. The police nab and fine them in an informal way by negotiatting the price, which can lead to decrease in the national budget and unfail actions by the police. Law are meant to protect people’s interest but also maintain social order. i believe that lawmakers need the citizen’s participation to re fine propose laws.
