Going to court without some money, you may turn out losing. However, if you have solid grounds and concrete evidence, trying to go to upper court level may bring good result. Probably, you may get some rights back though not all. For example, according to the fact you gave us, your mum was clearly cheated so the document/contract she signed is completely invalid under the law. The court cannot use it against her. There is justice, i believe, but we have to keep trying to fight for it. Anyway, this is just my idea for your consideration. Wish you and your family all the best.
