Peace

I am going to introduce you to Mr. Prem Rawat, called Maharaji, who has dedicated all his life to explaining people the messages of what is called “Peace”. It is peace that you do not have to find outside and it is peace that nothing in this world can buy. It is not something that I might as well say but something I experienced personally. It is all about you and your life fulfillment because everybody wants to be happy. It is happiness which stays with you forever, till the last breath of this life.

Prem Rawat, known also by the honorary title Maharaji, has traveled the world for more than four decades, inspiring people to find peace within.
His message is simple and profound. Speaking at the United Nations Conference Centre inBangkok,Thailand, he expressed, “Peace needs to be in everyone’s life. Of all the things we have tried in this world, there is one thing we have never given a chance. That one thing is peace. If we want to hope for something, maybe we could hope in our heart that peace will come in our life. The peace we are looking for is within. It is in the heart, waiting to be felt. It is not the world that needs peace; it is people. When people in the world are at peace within, the world will be at peace.”

For those who wish to make peace a reality in their life, he offers inspiration and guidance. “What I offer people is not just talk,” he says, “but a way to go inside and savor the peace that is within.”

Born inIndia, he started addressing audiences at the age of three and gave his first published address when he was only four. At eight, he started presenting his message of peace throughout the Indian subcontinent. At thirteen, he was invited to speak inLondonandLos Angeles. Since then, more than 10 million people in over 250 cities and 50 countries around the world have come to him for inspiration and guidance.

The dissemination of his message, which is made available in more than 88 countries and 70 languages, is entirely supported by voluntary contributions and the sale of related materials. He supports himself and his family through independent means.

He founded The Prem Rawat Foundation, which promotes

his message of peace and spearheads significant humanitarian initiatives around the world.

  1. Nice blog Nila, it’s quite easy to read both articles and pictures. Keep it up! Anyway, it’s good to have read this article. But I think that finding peace in person is not easy as most of people don’t really know what kind of people they truely are …

  2. Hi Prasoeur and Lyda,

Thanks very much for your comments. I find yours really important.

Hey, Prasoeur, of course it’s hard to find something that you don’t have…but it’s never tough to discover what you already have…:)

Mr. Prem Rawat was born with a passion; it is to spread the understanding and important of peace. I think everybody was born with a passion, but the thing is we don’t know our passion. For him he knew it since he was very young. When we do what are good at, we will be more succesfull than do what we are not good at.
